What were your main reasons for joining the CarePatrol family of franchise owners?
For me, it was personal. I went through a transition with my grandparents, and it was challenging learning about health care and trying to decide with limited knowledge. CarePatrol was an opportunity for me to help families that are currently experiencing difficulties navigating eldercare so they can make an educated decision. The brand was superior to industry competitors, and it came with great leadership and vision. My values aligned with the founders,' so for me, it was an easy decision to make.
In what specific ways does the franchisor deliver value to you as an owner?
I didn’t want to create the wheel on my own. The real value in joining a franchise organization is the system. CarePatrol’s system is excellent! From the initial onboarding process to the training phase, they gave me all the tools and ongoing support necessary to run and grow my business.
What do you think that it takes to succeed in this business?
Everything you want in life is on the other side of hard work. To be successful in this business, you need to be willing to put in the work and be uncomfortable learning new things, especially if you come from an unrelated field. Believing in the system, working the system, and being active is what creates success in this business.
