Hank Gretzinger

Chief Financial Officer

Since February 2019, Hank Gretzinger has served as the chief financial officer of ComForCare Franchise Systems, LLC as well as the chief financial officer of our parent company, Best Life Brands, LLC. Hank is responsible for the financial strategy and infrastructure of Best Life Brands, as well as ensuring proper reporting and analysis of financial results. Prior to joining Best Life Brands, he was the chief financial officer at Biotronic NeuroNetwork. Hank, a U.S. Navy veteran, brings over 20 years of financial experience in the medical services and medical device manufacturing industry, including time spent at Nuvasive Clinical Services, General Scientific Corporation, Bard Urological, and Advanced Technology Laboratories.

J.J. Sorrenti

CEO at Best Life Brands

As CEO, JJ oversees the strategic growth of Best Life Brands. A franchising and retailing expert, Sorrenti has led multiple companies to award-winning results over the past 25 years. Formerly president of Safeguard Business Systems, a division of Deluxe Corporation, his experience also included serving as CEO and board member of Hollywood Tans, CEO of Huntington Learning Centers, and Senior Vice President and General Manager at General Nutrition Centers. JJ is also involved with the International Franchise Association (IFA) and sits on the board of trustees for the IFA Education Foundation.

Corporate Operations:

Sean Kajcienski

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer

Sean Kajcienski serves as the chief operating officer (COO) and chief revenue officer (CRO) of the parent company, Best Life Brands, LLC. As COO/CRO, Sean is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the franchised brands, sales and marketing for current and future franchisees, and managing key business partnerships. Before joining Best Life Brands, Sean led sales and operations as DVP of Sears Home Improvement Products from 2018-2019, and as COO and CSO of Coverall North America, Inc. a commercial cleaning franchise company from 2011-2017. Sean led sales and marketing at the health care firm, NextMed in Tucson, Arizona, from 2010-2011. Before that, Sean spent eight years at Culligan International in sales, operations, and marketing leadership roles.

Rashi Gupta

Vice President, Finance

Rashi Gupta is responsible for preparing and maintaining regular financial planning reports, as well as providing a complete analysis of financial results for ComForCare and CarePatrol. She also develops and monitors budgets; coordinating the annual audit and proper filing of tax returns; and overseeing the accounting department. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has over 10 years of experience at regional CPA firms. 

Terry McGee

VP, Franchise Development

Terry is Vice President of Franchise Development for Best Life Brands, allowing people across the country to make their dreams come true with business ownership. He is a +20 year veteran of the franchise industry. In this role, Terry is responsible for all aspects of Best Life Brands' domestic and international franchise development. Prior to joining Best Life Brands, Terry worked in development for other service-related brands including Huntington Learning Center, WIN Home Inspection and House Doctors.   


Jennifer LoBianco

SVP, Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Marketing for Best Life Brands, Jennifer brings an extensive background in marketing and franchising. With an MBA from Seton Hall University, she has successfully led brands across a variety of industries and is well-versed in both traditional and digital marketing, with strengths in brand strategy and execution, campaign management, and demand generation.

JJ: I have tried to help my teams understand that significance is more important than success. GF: What are the vital components behind a well-run organization?

JJ: My teams have always aimed for open communication, collaboration, urgency and the ability to challenge or ask questions while decisions are being made. Once that decision is made, we all have to embrace it as if it were our own. The only way that can happen well is to be transparent, communicative, and goal-oriented, and to keep the customer and franchisee at the forefront of every decision we make.
